The Tropical Wahines are the Lincoln Park Dance Company’s Polynesian Dance Troupe.  The group is available for any type of function and has performed for private, corporate and family events, numerous schools, colleges, church functions and countless other community events.  Our performance can be catered to meet your needs and budget.  Generally, the performance is approximately 1 hour in length and includes dances and costuming from various Polynesian islands including Hawaii, Tahiti, Samoa and the Maori people.  Performances also include some audience participation and concludes with the Samoan fire dance.  The performance is authentic in dance, music and costuming. 

Depending on your event, we can produce a program that best fits your needs.  We have taught group classes for children’s birthday parties, performances for luau’s and Polynesian themed parties, provided lecture and demonstrative learning experiences for schools and cultural diversity events and can provide lei greetings for any affair.  Please contact us for a quote for your next event or school function.
